Reservation
Your reservation with Dragon Travel Bus Tour confirms that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms and conditions. Should the participant have any questions to the above policies, please feel free to contact Dragon Travel Bus Tour for detailed information and consultation prior to booking the tour. Our customer service representative will be pleased to answer your questions. Dragon Travel Bus Tour will reserve the rights of final interpretation to all the published information, terms and policies.
1. Minimum of 30 participants required for tour departure and Dragon Travel Bus Tour reserves the right to cancel the tour if the minimum requirement is not met. Full payment will be refunded if cancellation is made by Dragon Travel Bus Tour.
2. Description and tour limitations base on the brochure/itinerary of Dragon Travel Bus Tour has been read and understood prior to booking the trip.
3.  Tour Fees Includes: Tour guide, Transportation by Coach, Hotel (if applicable), Breakfast in hotel (if applicable), Taxes
4. Tour Fees Excludes: Service charge for the bus driver and guide, Entrance fees for visits, meals, insurance and personal spending, Flight Tickets (if applicable)
5. Admission tickets bought through sellers other than Dragon Travel Bus Tour (e.g. City Pass) are not applicable to Dragon Travel Bus Tour.
6. For tours in which will require additional purchases of air ticket, transportation, hotel or any additional reservation needs to meet the confirmed tour; it is the responsibility of the participant to contact Dragon Travel Bus Tour to ensure the guarantee of the tour departure status prior to issuing any additional reservation needs to meet confirmed tour
7. For infants traveling with Dragon Travel Bus Tour (under the age of 2):
a. Within Canada traveling: Infant will not occupy a seat on the bus and must be handheld throughout the duration of the tour will not need to pay for the tour fee but the service charge for the bus driver and the tour guide and the attraction fees will still be charged
b. Outside Canada traveling: Infant will also has to occupy a seat on the bus and the full tour fee, service charge, and attraction fees will also be charged accordingly.
8. For participants who travel with children, other documents may also be necessary. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that they have the documents in hand prior to departure. Participant failing to provide the required documents may be denied boarding privileges by the relevant authorities. Under such circumstances, participants have no right of recourse or refund.
9. No refund or replacement will be given for lost or stolen travel documents

Deposit & Balance Payment
1. Full payments required at booking for tours that is 6 Days or less.
2. The deposit is $200 per person for trips 7 days or more (walk in clients only). The deposit is non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable under any circumstance.
3.  All Balances must be paid 30 days or more prior to departure date for trips 7 days or more without air ticket; 60 days or more prior to departure date for trips with air ticket included. If the balance is not completed before deadline, Dragon Travel Bus Tour Bus tour reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the full amount of the initial deposit.


CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
Once the order is confirmed, any changes regarding a confirmed order, such as modification of dates or destinations, or cancellation, will be charged accordingly by the modification and cancellation policy. Any changes of the personal information cannot be accepted within 24 hours of departure. Any cancellation of confirmed orders by the participant will be charged accordingly by the modification and cancellation policy. The assessed fees will be used to cover the penalties charged by traveling agencies and hotel suppliers to Dragon Travel Bus Tour. The amount of the penalties is related to the time when we receive the cancellation notice. All cancellation notices or modification of orders must be made in writing via email or webpage email to Dragon Travel Bus Tour Bus tour directly.

 

VOLUNTARY CANCELLATION PENALTY
1. Trips from one day to 7 days:
a) 31 days prior to departure date: 5% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded
b) From 15 to 30 days prior to departure date: 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded
c) From 8 to 14 days prior to departure date: 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded
d) 7 days or less prior to departure date: no refund
e) Should the participant fail to show up on time on the departure date regardless of any reasons, the entire travel package is non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable.

2. Trips for 8 days or more (package without air ticket): 
a) 46 days prior to departure date: 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded.
b) From 31 to 45 days prior to departure date: 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded.
c) 30 days or less prior to departure date: impossible to modify the itinerary or receive reimbursement.
d) Should the participant fail to show up on time on the departure date regardless of any reasons, the entire travel package is non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable.

3. Trips for 8 days or more (package with air ticket included):
a) 61 days prior to departure date: 10% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded.
b) From 46 to 60 days prior to departure date: 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded.
c) 45 days or less prior to departure date: impossible to modify the itinerary or receive reimbursement.
d) Should the participant fail to show up on time on the departure date regardless of any reasons, the entire travel package is non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable.

 

MODIFICATION CONDITIONS
1. Changing itinerary or departure date (ALL REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
a) Written request is necessary to send to Dragon Travel Bus Tour;
b) The difference must be paid at the time of modification;
c) 31 days prior to departure date: no administrative fees
d) From 15 to 30 days prior to departure date 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees.
e) From 8 to 14 days b prior to departure date 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees;
f) 7 days or less prior to departure date: impossible to modify the itinerary or receive reimbursement;
g) Trips for 8 days or more: Written request is necessary at least 45 days prior to departure date. 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees.

2. Changing number of participant(s) requested by customers (ALL REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
a) Increasing numbers of participant(s): complete the difference of tour fees.
b) Decreasing numbers of participant(s):
o 15 days or more prior to departure date 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees;
o 8 days to 14 days prior 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees.
c) 7 days or less prior to departure date: impossible to modify the itinerary and the departure date, or receive reimbursement;
d) Trips for 8 days or more: Written request is necessary at least 45 days prior to departure date. 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees.

3. Any modification is not acceptable 60 days or less before departure for package with air ticket.

4. The total amount will be refunded if changes of itinerary or departure date are made by Dragon Travel Bus Tour Bus tour on condition that modification is refused by the clients.
Please note: No refunds request will be accepted more than 30 days after completion of travel.

a) Promotion sales, special sales and final sales require full payment at the time of booking;
b) Once booked, it is impossible to change the itinerary and the departure date, or get refund if the customer cancels the trip;
c) Changing the number of participant(s) requested by customers:
a. Increasing numbers of participant(s): complete the additional cost provided that it is still available.
b. Decreasing numbers of participant(s): no refund.

4. Foreign Transaction Fee
Foreign transaction fees are charge by most credit card companies on purchase made in a foreign currency, or on purchase that involve a foreign bank (regardless of whether a foreign currency is used). Usually, foreign transaction fees are percentage of the amount of each foreign currency purchase, with no minimum or maximum. Sometimes this fee is called a foreign exchange fee. It once was called a currency conversion fee. Foreign transaction fees are charge by U.S. transaction processors such as Visa and Master card. The card issuing back may choose to pass that fee along to consumers; most do, and some tack on their own fees. Dragon Travel Bus Tour Bus tour takes no responsibility for foreign transaction fee and/or currency conversion fee. 

 

CANCELATION PROTECTION PLAN

For those who need more flexibility in their schedule, the cancelation protection plan is available for a small fee. This service let you cancel your trip without reason and get 100% refund of tour fees.

 The purchase of the cancelation protection plan must be done at the same time of booking the trip or within 24 hours after the booking. Dragon Travel reserve all rights to refuse the demand of purchase of the cancelation protection plan after the booking of the trip.

- The notice of cancelation must be written and sent by email to info@vacancesdragon.com before the time limit and confirmed by Dragon Travel

- The cancelation protection plan can only be used once per purchase, the fee for the cancelation protection are not refundable or transferable

- Please note that the cancelation protection is not an insurance. 

 

HOTEL

1. Each room contains one or two double beds in all hotels in North America. Each room contains one or two single beds in all hotels in Europe.
2. Each room allows only 4 people in maximum in North America (children included); 2 people in maximum in Europe. It is not allowed to add an extra bed. An additional amount must be paid according to the hotel policy if travelers insist adding an extra bed.

 

SEATS ON BUS
The seats on bus are generally arranged according to the order of the clients’ reservation. If the participant has special requirement, he or she can pay fees in order to choose the seats on bus in advance (applicable only for bus tours in North American, payment should be settled 3 days before departure. Please contact us for more information). The prices for the first three rows are:
a) 1 day’ tour: $10 per person;
b) 2 days’ tour, $20 per person;
c) 3-4 days’ tour, $30 per person;
d) 5-6 days’ tour: $50 per person;

e) 7-8 days’ tour: $60 per person;
f) 9-10 days’ tour: $80 per person;

g) 11 days’ tour or above: $150 per person;

 

ERRORS OR OMISSIONS
A Dragon Travel Bus Tour Bus tour uses reasonable efforts to ensure that the Content on our Web Site is complete and current. However, Dragon Travel Bus Tour Bus tours do not guarantee that the Content on our Web Site will not contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to price or to product or service description or availability. Dragon Travel Bus Tour Bus tours reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission or to change or update the Content without prior notice to the participant. Further, Dragon Travel Bus Tour reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders or reservations containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the order or reservation has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If the participant’s credit card has been charged for the purchase and the order or reservation is cancelled due to an error, inaccuracy or omission, Dragon Travel Bus Tour Bus tours shall promptly issue a credit to the participant’s credit card for the amount of such charge.

IN CASE OF DELAY OR ABSENCE ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE

1. If the participant arrives late or is absent on the day of departure for any reason, the entire travel package is not refundable, nor changeable, nor transferable.
2. If the participant fails to comply with the indication of the guide to gather at the meeting point in time during the trip, the participant will be responsible for any additional costs and incurred damage.
3. Dragon Travel Bus Tour disclaims any responsibility for the consequences caused by participant if they withdraw the group during the trip.
4. If participant does not show up at the agreed place and time of meet up during the trip, the participant will be responsible for any additional costs and the missed itinerary cannot be recourse or refunded.
5. All seats on the bus are arranged by the tour guide of Dragon Travel Bus Tour Bus tours, if a participant does not show up, Dragon Travel Bus Tour and the tour guide have the right to reuse the seats. 

 

FORCE MAJEURE EVENT
According to the laws and the principles adopted in Canada and America, the force majeure may include but not limited to what happened during the journey: the unpredictable, irresistible, uncontrollable, and unable to cope with the unexpected events and circumstances occurring or will occur as follows:

a) Natural disasters such as typhoons, hail, storms, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, volcanic eruptions, landslides;
b) Government actions such as expropriation, requisition;
c) Abnormal social events, such as wars, armed conflicts, strikes, riots and terrorist attacks.

 

DISCLAIMER
1. Dragon Travel Bus Tour does not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss resulting from force majeure or a trip without insurance.


WE SINCERELY SUGGEST OUR PARTICIPANTS TO PURCHASE PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE TO RECEIVE THE NECESSARY PROTECTION

2. Dragon Travel Bus Tour reserves all rights, while respecting the program, to cancel or change the order of visits without notice depending on the customs formalities, weather and traffic, time changing or the closing day of tour sites, etc. The tickets prices and meals can be changed according to the season without notice.

3. It is the full responsibility and expense of the consumers to obtain all documents required by all relevant government authorities. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure the possession of any travel documents required by North America, Europe and any other third countries of destination as well as the return to the country of origin. Dragon Travel Bus Tour accepts no responsibility for any losses caused by the refusal of visa or travel documents for countries of destination or connection (as a result of criminal records or other issues), or any customs problems.

4. For international tours, valid passport (valid for 6 months after the return date) and valid visas are required. Dragon Travel Bus Tour accepts no liability for customs delay. Dragon Travel Bus Tour does not endorse any considerable delays at customs because of personal mistakes made by travelers themselves. Therefore, the traveler will be obliged to leave the group from the border and be held responsible for their own return fee.
