Reservations and Purchases
As a condition to your making reservations and
purchases through our Web Site, you represent that you are of sufficient legal
age to create binding legal obligations for all charges and liabilities you may

acknowledge and agree that you are exclusively liable for all charges and

Prices and online booking
The website does not guarantee that the showed
prices are in accordance with the prices of the offices of Vacances Dragon. The
prices on the website would be changed at all times according to the decreasing
number of the seats on bus. The website does not guarantee the price invariable
after the client leaves the same web-page.

presently accepts the payment in US dollar, Canadian dollar, euro and

Procedures of reservation:
Before ordering any of the products on the
website, the client is responsible for reading all the information and
statements concerning the product, including but not limited to: the price of
products, details of trips, the departure information such as pick up point and
pick up time, notes before departure, conditions of cancellation and
modification, other information concerning the product etc.. Once the
reservation is succeeded, we believe all clients have comprehensively read,
understood, and agreed with all the above information concerning the
product.
Fill in the online registration form with
complete and exact personal information and trip requirements. Please ensure to
leave the contact information properly and correctly, including but not limited
to cell phone number, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. The website will
not support any of the expenses or responsibilities caused by lacks of contact
information, not checking messages and mails, not responding e-mails that we
sent to you which resulting that we cannot send the trip information to you
betimes. After a successful reservation, the website will offer the client a
user account and a corresponding password, which are given in the charge of the
client. The client bears the legal liability for all the activities and events
executed with his or her user account.
After the payment is finished, the customer will
receive two e-mails called Confirmation of Payment and Confirmation of
Reservation within 24 hours. The client has the duty to verify and ensure that
the information in the form of reservation is correct.
The reception of the Confirmation of Reservation
means that the order is confirmed, and the reservation is succeeded. If you
don’t receive the Confirmation of Reservation, please double check your spam
mails. Please print the Confirmation of Reservation, and take it with you on
the departure day.

ERRORS OR OMISSIONS
Vacances Dragon uses reasonable efforts to

Dragon does not guarantee that the Content contained on our Web Site will not
contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Such errors, inaccuracies or
omissions may relate to price or to product or service description or
availability. Vacances Dragon reserves the right to correct any error,

to you. Further, Vacances Dragon reserves the right to refuse or cancel any
orders or reservations containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or

card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase

Vacances Dragon shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card for the
amount of such charge.
